Ordering from Rocket Toys
How do I place an order?

• Select the product that you would like to purchase by clicking on it.
• Add the product to your cart by clicking on the 'add to cart' button.
• The product has now been added to your cart and you can continue shopping.
• You can complete your order by clicking on the 'complete order' button.
• Enter your details and select a payment method.
• Check your order using the overview page and click on the 'buy' button.
• You will now be sent to a secure payment environment to pay and complete your order.
• You will receive an E-mail confirmation of your order from Rocket Toys.

Are all products in stock?

All products which are visible in our online toyshop are in stock unless explicitly stated otherwise. If a product has a longer delivery time, this is stated alongside the product.

Can I change my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, it is possible to change the order. If you wish to change part of the order such as to add products or to change the address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

If we have not yet shipped your order, it is still possible to cancel it. In order to do so please contact us as soon as possible.

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?

It is possible that your order confirmation is in your spam folder. If this is not the case, please contact us so that we can resend the confirmation.

Payment
How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using one of the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, iDeal, Klarna, Bancontact/Mister Cash, KBC, Cartes Bancaires, SOFORT Banking or Giropay. Payments take place in a secure environment and your details are encrypted and sent via SSL.

Do all prices include VAT?

All prices in our online shop include 21% VAT.

I live outside the EU, do I have to pay VAT?

All prices in our online shop include 21% VAT. If you live outside the European Union, you do not pay VAT. This is automatically deducted during the ordering process.

Delivery
Do I have to pay for shipping?

Rocket Toys offers FREE shipping with orders of €45 or more when shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Shipping is also free to other countries with the European Union with orders over €100. With orders over €200 (excl. 21% VAT), shipping is free to all countries outside the European Union. How quickly will my order be processed?

When the order has been successfully completed, we will start processing it. Orders placed on business days before 5 p.m. are shipped the same day (otherwise, on the next business day). If the delivery address is outside of the EU, the order will be sent the same day or the following business day.

Can I track my order?

Of course! It's nice to know when to expect your order. Once your order has been sent, we will send you an e-mail with your track & trace number. This number allows you to easily track your order.

Exchanges and returns
Can I exchange my order?

If you want to exchange a product, we kindly ask you to return the product (click here for more information about returns) and to place a new order for the product you would like to have. The purchase amount of the returned product will be refunded within three business days via the payment method used for placing that order.

Can I return my order?

Yes! If the product is not satisfactory, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order(s) provided that it is unused, undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging and where applicable, with the attached labels.

Return service The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria
Through the return portal you can quickly and easily create a return label and return your parcel with DPD. We will charge a fee of € 4.95 on your credit note. Click here to go to the return portal to create your return. 

Returns from other countries
Our return service is not yet available outside The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria. You need to send your return postage prepaid to us:

The costs to return products are your responsibility. We do not accept unstamped shipments and cannot be held responsible for missing return shipments. You need proof of shipment for this, which you can request at the post office.

We reserve the right to decline your return if we see or suspect that the product has been used, damaged or if the packaging has not been handled with care.

Is there a charge for returning my order?

Yes, you are responsible for the shipping costs of your return.
